Dimensions is an upcoming 2-part crossover sci-fi action fantasy miniseries / film that crosses over several characters from various Toonami and Classic Cartoon Network shows. It will be created and directed by Stranger Things creators The Duffer Brothers and will air on both Toonami's Adult Swim Block and the Toonami Channel in Late August 2018. The series will consist of 10 episodes for both parts. Toonami will distribute the miniseries / film, with Anonymous Content, DreamWorks Animation, DC Television, and Monkey Massacre serving as additional studios.
A short teaser was shown on October 27 2017 during the Season 2 premiere of Stranger Things.
PLOT
Toonami Heroes team together to stop Kyro (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) from acquiring the 7 Dimension Orbs, which are the source to the lives of each Toonami Universe.
Stranger Things, which is another Toonami show by The Duffer Brothers, will be the main focus of the miniseries and will take place in 1986, 2 years after Season 2.
